A Fulfillment clerk is a key role within the TMI Distribution Center. This individual will be responsible for supporting the fulfillment team for all orders shipping from the TMI Distribution Center. The Fulfillment clerk physically fills all orders shipped from the TMI Distribution Center. This individual is responsible for communicating all order specific issues to the Fulfillment Lead & the Logistics Coordinator. This individual will also support the Distribution Center Supervisor in all fulfillments related duties at the TMI Distribution Center. This individual will provide support to the inventory team in the physical receipt & transfers of inventory in & out of the DC.
Requirements:Duties/Responsibilities:· Develop an in-depth knowledge of TMI’s fulfillment processes via an in-house on the job training program, and utilize this knowledge to successfully contribute to process improvement at the TMI Distribution Center
· Order fulfillment & verification
· Assist in maintaining the order fulfillment schedule for Savvi, VSI, & CTI orders shipping out of the TMI Distribution Center.
· Ensure orders are compliant with all customers specific shipping requirements.
· Support inventory team by alerting Fulfillment lead of any inventory issues discovered at the time of order fulfillment.
· Perform daily inspections on forklifts operating at the DC.
· Support Inter-company driver duties when needed
· Ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with TMI values.
· Strive for continuous improvement through working closely with the Fulfillment Lead & Distribution Center Supervisor to consistently achieve goals set in the areas of Order Fulfillment.
· Responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
· Remain knowledgeable regarding key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the operations team in accomplishing company goals.
· Work closely with Distribution Center team to maintain the highest accuracy levels in Inventory.
· Identify opportunities and weaknesses within distribution center to support continuous improvement & increase operational efficiency.
· Other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:· Destination & Compass – Has basic knowledge & understanding of Supply Chain Processes & Procedures. Can execute warehouse duties and will strive to understand the inner workings of the TMI Supply Chain. Has the ability to review & analyze current procedures & suggest potential changes to management. Can communicate efficiently & effectively with teammates. Has the ability to motivate teammates & staff while always working towards continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:· High School Diploma or GED certification.
· Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
· Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and have problem solving skills
· Possesses an understanding of Supply Chain Process & Management
· Able to effectively utilize ERP tools to process shipments
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Physical Requirements:· Ability to work effectively in a Distribution Center environment
· Ability to drive a forklift
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs
· Able to stand for long periods of time
