Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm. Will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.

Locations: Caldera at Sunnybrook (136 units) 9900 SE Lawnfield Rd. Clackamas, OR 97015

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00
  • Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Administrative:

  • Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
  • Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
  • Comply with OSHA safety regulations
  • Attend training and development seminars
  • Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested

Asset Preservation:

  • Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations

  • Perform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs (if applicable)

  • Ensure preventative repairs are done on a regular basis
