An ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, accurate data entry skills, knowledge of general office duties, and top-notch customer service
Please note this is NOT a REMOTE position This role an in-person position and requires you to be able to be in-person 5 days a week.
Transport Recruiter Job Summary:

• $18.00 -$20.00/hr (Based on Experience)
• 8 am-5 pm (1 hour lunch)
• Daily duties can include, but are not limited to:
  • Quickly process applications, run MVR reports, and score applicants using the Insurance Evaluation Scoring criteria.
  • Call qualifying applicants and schedule orientation.
  • Be able to give company policies and driver expectations in a clear manner that is easy to understand.
  • Set up new drivers in TMW and get hiring paperwork ready for orientation.
  • Make DOT driver packets for new drivers – update packets for current drivers.
  • Update expired documents in TMW with current dates as the new documents become available.
  • Check recruiting voicemail every day, return calls, and check incoming applications.
  • Scan driver documents into files and file hard copy paperwork.
  • Set up EFS fuel cards and direct deposit accounts.
  • Maintain insurance expirations in TMW with cancelation notices and reinstatement notices.
  • Complete employment verifications for previous employees

Transport Recruiter Qualifications:

• Company is seeking someone who has:
  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of general office duties
• Must be able to pay attention to details
• Must be able to Muti-task and be organized
• Must have great customer service skills
