Ensure that the teams are ready to quickly respond to new jobs.Lead, Manage & Retain Team to achieve project & departmental goals.Drive the Operations processes, execution and outcomes while Overseeing day-to-day tasks.Ensure timely arrival at project sites and maintain the project schedule.Follow and lead all processes and procedures for evaluation and identification of requirements due to specified damage.Ensure all OSHA standards are followed by wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.Report all updates, problems, and questions to the Team Leader and/or Project Manager.Complete all paperwork (hard copies and digital) accurately and in a timely manner.Support the Operations processes, execution and outcomesSupport Quality Control and ComplianceSupport the Customer Experience and RetentionEnsure completion and submission of timecards on a daily basis.Visit job sites to ensure on brand execution.Maintain accurate records of all expenses, receipts, and job notes.Keep jobs on track by meeting daily goals and metrics.Complete all other duties as assigned and remain open to learning and being teachable.Meet or exceed operations goals and metrics while maintaining quality control YOUR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Field/Project Management in Restoration.Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.Strong interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Maintain an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.General construction and mechanical knowledge.Strong reading and math skills.Desire for continuous learning and improvement.Experience using mechanical tools, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment.
