JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidates will be responsible for developing a regional customer base and engaging in sales cycles to promote the company's offerings. Candidates must be able to engage at a high level within organizations and communicate with senior leaders to foster value for customers and ultimately close deals. Creativity, relationships, and a desire to engage with companies on a day-to-day basis are the secrets to success.
The candidate will be required to establish a market presence through exposure at tradeshows, customer events, and community outreach to drive awareness and customer base in the defined region. The company's corporate office in Exton, PA will support the Regional Sales Representative in the execution of all aspects of the desired activity. Ultimate success is defined by winning customers to engage with evolution and driving savings to the organization.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Energy, Engineering, or Sustainability Sales is Strongly Preferred
Previous sales or account management experience
Experience with CRM and sales processes is a must
Ability to identify and qualify suitable clients
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to freely converse with consumers
Motivation to meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team goals
Genuine interest in creating a Sustainable Future, Energy and Engineering Efficiencies
Focus on continuous learning and a desire to be a thought leader
4 Year College Degree
Self-motivated, Self-Starter, and the ability to execute exposure events in a defined region
Email, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency are a must
