Job Title: Interior Door Shop- Door Puller

Reports to: Production Manager/Division Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm- or until daily orders are completed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Must be able to properly operate an Order Picker.

- Pull door slabs for each work order.

- Must work well with others.

- Be able to multi-task duties.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Detect and promptly report any safety or mechanical malfunctions to supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, with no fear of heights.

- Standing is required for 100% of daily shift.

- Must be able to squat, lift, or pull.

- Must be able to read a tape measure.

- Must be able to withstand a loud working environment- safety equipment provided.

- Must be able to read and understand production tickets.

- Must be able to report ready to work each day on time.

Education/Experience:

- High School Diploma or general Education Degree (GED) required.

- No prior industry experience required, on the job training offered.
