Artisan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Engineering Technician I to join our diverse, team-oriented company that is customer focused and employee driven. The selected candidates will join our team of exceptionally dedicated professionals in an exciting, fast-paced, highly successful company that provides engineering solutions for very complex DoD weapon systems.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and repair for test failures
  • Repair and re-test of failures
  • Data gathering for root cause analysis


Qualifications and Skills

  • Associates Degree in electronics or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience. Military experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Experience with diagnostic tools
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • 1-3 years of directly related experience in Engineering and Electronics support
  • J-STD-001 or IPC 7711/7721 solder certification preferred
  • Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance if required
