Would you be a great Oil Production Forklift Driver?To excel in this role as a Forklift Operator at PDM Distribution, you'll need a specific set of skills and attributes. Proficiency in loading and unloading trailers is a must, alongside the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without hesitation. You should feel comfortable with continuous physical movement, including walking, bending, turning, and lifting while adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective gear. Flexibility is key, as you may work in varied temperature zones and environments with dust and chemicals present. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential to ensure you can get to our Boone, IA location ready to tackle the day's challenges head-on.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Experience in Loading and unloading trailers
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, and lifting
- Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Willingness to work across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and in environments where dust and chemicals are present
- Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation.
