Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA Customer Care Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Recent cash handling experience required
  • Proven customer service experience required
  • Computer experience in a Windows-based environment is required.
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience working with computer database applications is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Proficient with business office computer applications
  • Ability to develop knowledge of the Company's Customer Service Standards
  •  Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment  
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
