We are seeking an experienced SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management) Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) module. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet agricultural contracting needs, drive operational efficiency, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:

    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ACM solutions tailored to agricultural contract management processes.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for SAP ACM projects and system enhancements.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP ACM team and other project stakeholders.
  • Project Management:

    • Oversee SAP ACM projects from inception through go-live and post-go-live support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, finance, and IT to align solutions with business requirements.
    • Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Configuration & Customization:

    • Manage the configuration and customization of SAP ACM to address specific agricultural contract management needs.
    • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from business users to define and document functional needs.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards in SAP ACM configurations.
  • System Integration:

    • Ensure smooth integration of SAP ACM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO) and third-party systems.
    • Address and resolve integration issues, maintaining data integrity and consistency across systems.
