As a Head Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager), you'll oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery, manage a team of mechanics, implement preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with production teams to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Machine related experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and systems.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical proficiency.
  • Resilience, action orientation, and trustworthiness.
  • Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, machine safety inspections, and machine setups for production runs.
