Compensation:

$12 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
  • Ensure proper food quality and service standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed
Qualifications:

To be considered for the Shift Leader position in Pittsburgh, PA, US, you should have:

  • Experience working in the food service industry
  • Previous restaurant management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work nights and weekends is required for this position
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential qualities we are looking for in potential Shift Leaders
  • US work authorization is a must-have qualification for this role
