We seek a full-time Receptionist/Director of First Impressions to join our Topeka, Kansas office. If you are an organized, friendly, and proactive professional, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Administrative Support: Offer specialized administrative support to our audit, accounting, and tax professionals.
  • Front Office Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and callers, ensuring they receive timely and cheerful attention.
  • Maintain Professional Environment: Keep the client reception area and conference rooms clean and professional.
  • General Office Support: Provide high-level administrative support to all departments and staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent office experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with automated accounting systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during non-busy seasons.
  • Flexibility Required: This may include Saturdays and/or overtime during busy seasons.
