About the Role:
The Jr. Data Science Analyst supports the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions and analytics products. The Jr. Data Science Analyst will manage, architect and analyze big data in order to build data driven insights and high impact data models. The Jr. Data Science Analyst will build models, conduct training / tuning, and deploy to live data pipelines. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop analytics products and models that drive value and insight into client business. 
  • Create a value chain to help address the challenges of acquiring data from multiple sources, evaluating its value, distilling & analyzing. 
  • Build and manage data pipelines integrated with enterprise data. Data pipelines include Python API queries to external services like Sprinklr, Google Analytics, RSS feed. 
  • Build Python algorithms using regression, k-means clustering, support vector machines, boosting, random forests, and neural networks. 
  • Design, build, test, and optimize queries and data cleanups. 
  • Perform data analysis on data monitoring reports to identify issues within assigned business system components.

Required Skills/Abilities, Experience:
  • Strong background in data analysis with experience working with large data sets, data research, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes. 
  • 1-3 years of design and development experience in advanced analytics including machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical computations in Python and R. 
  • Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, Natural Language Processing, and data augmentation to address imbalanced training sets.  
  • Strong experience in SQL development, including writing complex queries, sub queries etc. 
  • Experience in working in Agile environment.
