Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Inventory Reconciliation and Processing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of inventory across manufacturing sites and processing assemblies within NetSuite. This role involves monitoring inventory transactions, managing assembly processes, identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline inventory processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reconcile inventory discrepancies by analyzing manufacturing and inventory data.

· Monitor daily inventory transactions to ensure accurate processing within ERP systems, particularly in NetSuite.

· Manage and process assembly builds, work orders, and related transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accurate component usage and finished goods reporting.

· Investigate and resolve variances between physical inventory and system records, including those related to assemblies.

· Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory reconciliation and assembly processing in NetSuite.

· Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify and implement process improvements.

· Prepare and present inventory reconciliation and assembly processing reports to management.

· Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data, assembly records, and documentation.

· Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting programs as needed.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processing in NetSuite, working with operations & finance as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in inventory reconciliation, manufacturing operations, or a related role, with specific experience in NetSuite assembly processing.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

· Proficiency in NetSuite, particularly in assembly builds, work orders, and inventory management.

· Advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
