Are you a results-driven and proactive sales professional with a proven track record of success in outbound calling to investors within the real estate space? We're currently searching for an outside sales representative who can execute a sales strategy specifically targeting investors in this niche. Our emphasis lies in expanding outreach and building strong relationships within the hyperlocal market. We provide our sales team with the necessary resources, training, management support, and competitive compensation to ensure your achievements. Compensation:

$12 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Book a qualified appointment with a licensed real estate sales agent after understanding the details of a client's needs.
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients


Qualifications:
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Prefer a minimum of 6+ months in outside sales experience.
