Job Specifications:

As a Tradesman Plumber you will assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. All plumbers report to the Plumbing Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to speak and write professionally.
• Present one's self professionally in dress and actions at all times.
• Respond appropriately to any questions customers or vendors ask in a timely manner.
• Maintain constant communication with dispatch coordinators to update the status and timeline of routed calls.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully and respectively.
• Contribute to building a positive team environment in a respectful, productive manner.
• Maintain regular attendance, meet schedule & timelines and communicate any absence to their immediate supervisor and dispatch coordination.
• Perform regular maintenance/ inspections of plumbing systems and ensure all installation repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
• Operate a company vehicle and follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
• Operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely and adhere to regulations and safety codes required by employer and. state/federal law.
• Communicate all parts orders and requisitions to dispatch coordination.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Apprentice Card/Plumbing License Required
• Ambitious, outgoing and ready to work- The sky's the limit
• Possession of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Good driving record and current valid license
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must have an honest and dependable personality
