PAY AND BENEFITS

We already mentioned the commissions, and that's in addition to a highly competitive hourly pay. With all that and the bonuses you can earn, our team typically brings in $40.00 - $50.00/hour That's not all; we also offer our employees medical, dental, a 401(k), and vacation time. Plus, our technicians enjoy a company-provided iPad, cell phone, and truck as well as all the major tools and equipment you need. IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

Here's what we're looking for in a Residential and Commercial Plumber:

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

It'd be great if you're bilingual in English and Spanish, but it isn't required. It would also help to have a general idea of the most efficient ways to get around the city and reach our clients. Do you have excellent problem-solving skills? Are you a strong communicator? Can you manage your time efficiently? If YES, you might be who we're looking for.
