ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up’s core values: we put people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
  2. The Senior Industrial Technician influences/leads other Technicians by sharing expertise and knowledge by example, training and mentoring.
  3. At a high level, accomplish all maintenance, preventative maintenance and critical troubleshooting on equipment, HVAC systems, Data Center UPS and CRAC systems, Distribution Center equipment, production equipment and facility fixtures on the Riverton Campus. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on all systems.
  4. Possess a working knowledge of automated conveyor mechanical/logic systems including Allen-Bradley automated componentry, PLC, and programming integrated controls.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of assigned equipment and equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
  6. Lead and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  7. Understand and utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.

Detect and report faulty operations, defective material, and any unusual situations to the proper supervisor.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Two to four years vocational training or equivalent experience and training in industrial manufacturing or distribution maintenance fields.

  1. Knowledge of electrical distribution and controls, electronics, instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  2. 24/7 on-call availability as scheduled.
  3. Ability to read and follow schematics and blueprints.
  4. Instrumentation, PLC, and automation systems experience preferred.
  5. HVAC, welding, and computer skills preferred.
