Capital Subaru of Greensboro is seeking a skilled and experienced **Subaru Master Technician** to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier service and maintenance for our customers’ Subaru vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

*SIGN ON BONUS for well qualified techs

What you'll be doing:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Ensure that repairs meet Subaru’s stringent quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest Subaru technology and service procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Subaru Master Technician certification** required.
  • Minimum of **5 years of experience** as an automotive technician, with at least 2 years specializing in Subaru vehicles.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to Subaru vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of Subaru's mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.
