At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has 1 – 2 CNA’s staffed to assist RN’s with patient care. Compensation:

  • $32.00 - $48.00 per hour depending on experience and licensing
  • Full-Time Day Shift Available (some weekends)
  • Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

We are looking to hire an RN and/or MSW for our Case Manager/Resource RN position Full-Time Day Shift available. As a Case Manager, you will review referral packets and submit to the authorization team for approval. You will work with patients throughout their stay to coordinate any follow-up appointments, assist with housing resources, assist with insurance, and collaborate with patients, their families, and the inter-disciplinary team to ensure safe discharge plans. You will also have the opportunity to work the floor as needed.

A qualified candidate will have experience in showing empathy without judgement towards patients, knowledge out outside agencies and resources in the patient's community, time management, organizational, and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as have the ability to collaborate with multiple departments and community partners. This position will require you to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse license; a graduate of an approved MSW program is preferred.
