Status: Full time

Job Description: Examine customer data in electronic files that store all pertinent information related to customer accounts to ensure accuracy on a regular basis, while adhering to the bank’s standards and policies and providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with branch employees as needed to complete information for customer files.
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting the CIF department objectives.
• Contact customers to verify individual identity.
• Updating customer information, files, addresses, etc.
• Work, sort and follow through with return mail from customers.

Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal, computer, oral and written communication skills to include phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a team environment, have the dependability through good attendance and adherence to timeliness and schedules.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, have organizational skills and multi-task.

Education and Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Basic computer and office machine skills
