Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our client's dynamic tax team. As a CPA-Tax , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality tax services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and review complex tax forms, including 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review complex 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings for a diverse range of clients.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
  3. Analyze financial data and documents to identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.
  4. Collaborate effectively with other team members to resolve tax-related issues and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  5. Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and provide expert tax advice.
  6. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for clients.
  7. Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in tax accounting and related areas.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes and procedures to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on preparing and reviewing complex tax forms such as 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings.
  4. Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite.
  9. Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
