**Job Description:**

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads, building rapport with potential clients, and negotiating win/win solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • - Answer, return, and follow-up on phone calls; respond to all leads generated in our system.
  • - Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
  • - Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed.
  • - Act as the lead contact for sellers.
  • - Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate solutions for both parties.
  • - Utilize the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
  • - Learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.
  • - Attend business meetings and training sessions as required.
  • - Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

**Position Requirements and Skills:**

  • - Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • - High School diploma required; further education is a plus.
  • - Strong ambition and a “Go-Getter” mentality.
