Smart Staffing Solutions a division of Temps Plus Inc. has been providing staffing solutions for the New Home and Apartment Industries for over 20 years and is currently looking for several experienced candidates in the Northern Virginia Area.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following requirements:

> MUST be available to work weekends
> Must Have Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
> Previous experience highly preferred
> Yardi and Lease-up experience a plus
> Professional Dress and Demeanor
> Reliable transportation
> No Collections, Evictions, or Charge Offs
> Accurate Typing Skills
> College degree or equivalent 5 years of professional work experience

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Professional Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leasing: 1 year minimum (Preferred)

Must be willing to be cross-trained in other areas.
