Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can identify the various tasks and strategies that are necessary to sustaining the ongoing daily operations.
Pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician
- Troubleshoot machinery and detect root causes of malfunctions.
- Potential light plumbing, electrical work (conduit bending and wire pulling experience preferred), repair and upkeep of all machines throughout the building as well as the building itself and the grounds (included but not limited to power washing tanks and the facility as well as weed eating when necessary)
- Ensure all building systems are running at optimal efficiency and operational capacity.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
- Identifying maintenance risks throughout the building
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Be able to think quickly, as well as investigate positional issues for a corrective action
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well demonstrates good computer skill.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age to apply
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Ability to be fitted for and wear all required proper protective equipment
