Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAssistant Homecare/Front Desk Specialist - Dual Role (In Office Guest Services and Unit Inspections)


• Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices

• Act as the first point of contact for our guests, vendors and owners within a local management office

• Professional in all forms of communication such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts

• Responsible for taking incoming phone calls, outbound calls, and responding to emails or chats on a daily basis from guests who have questions or concerns about a reservation, statement or other concerns

• Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets

• Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits

• Meet and maintain standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency and inquiry conversion to reservations

• Highly responsive and reliable

• Team player

• Light cleaning around office or units (if needed)

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Perform light home maintenance such as changing light bulbs, air filters, troubleshooting Wi-Fi/cable, etc.

• Regularly inspect owner arrivals for quality assurance

• Work with owners/guests to rectify any concerns related to their unit

• Ensure work orders are submitted for any maintenance concerns

• Determine issues with housekeeping efforts and provide staff members with feedback regarding quality management

• Prepare linens and amenity bags each day and have them ready for the following day

• Perform inspections of properties to ensure they are guest/owner ready per company standards, and work directly with cleaning vendors to uphold those standards and hold them accountable

• Keep linen and amenity closet always stocked and clean

• Coordinate the return of lost and found items with office staff

• Deliver items to guests on an as needed basis

• Answer and assist guests with general questions

• Communication with owners/guests may be necessary at times

• Other duties as assigned
