Our mission is to provide hope and healing. To be the provider of choice for those in need and our referring partners who are seeking innovative, quality family and community services which improve lives. The Driving Program Coordinator is critical to achieving this focus.

As the Driving Instructor, you would be responsible for for scheduling and providing driving instruction and assistance with obtaining a state driver’s license to young adults that have qualified for the I am NEXT driving school program.

What you bring to this role:

- Bring your passion and expertise

- A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.

- Certified driving instructor credentials preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Prior experience as a driving instructor or in a related field preferred.

- Must pass the Tennessee state permit test.

- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
