Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers. The technician will be responsible for providing high-quality repair services to our customers, ensuring their appliances are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and repair home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
  • Perform maintenance and service checks on appliances.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their appliance issues and repair needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Order and replace parts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of home appliance repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Certification from a technical school or completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
