Attorney

TrustWorks is seeking Estate Planning attorneys for its Georgia offices. TrustWorks provides comprehensive personalized estate planning services to help clients prepare for the future.

We are in need of exceptionally outgoing and charismatic candidates.  Our impressive Attorneys deliver seminars to educate clients about estate planning concepts and strategies.

Become the Managing Attorney of your own office – and serve your own community and surrounding communities. Mentorship and training will be provided. You will receive outstanding support from our amazing team of Legal Assistants, Paralegals and Client Success Coordinators who are meticulously selected to be part of your team. Responsibilities

  • Provide prospective clients with live seminar on information about Estate Planning.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of one-on-one consultations with 20 – 30 new clients per month.
  • Handle matters from inception to conclusion, including meeting with clients, developing a strategy for an estate plan, and overseeing the preparation of the appropriate estate planning documents to meet the client’s objectives.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in the handling of personal client information.
  • Reports on caseload at a weekly case review meeting with the Regional Managing Attorney
  • Communicates with clients in person and via mail, email and telephone to commence an engagement, to keep the matter moving forward on a timely basis, and to make certain that the efforts of the firm’s support staff are in tune with the client’s needs.

Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Estate Planning, Elder Law or Probate Law.
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar and be in Good Standing.
  • Effective, clear, concise, and accurate communication, both oral and written, at an appropriate level to the situation and the client.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
