Job Summary
The Mitigation Manager manages the mitigation department including supervising technicians, coordinator, fleet, warehouse and all emergency services, managing the projects and overseeing estimating.

Responsibilities
  • Support technicians and project mgr.
  • Estimate mitigation as needed
  • Develop and maintain customer relations and assist support staff with estimating, tech assistance.

Qualifications
  • Must present self and the mitigation department in a professional manner with appearance and demeanor while maintaining and building the company reputation.
  • IICRC Certificate not required but helpful
  • Must have excellent Customer Service/Communication skills
