Job summary:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of VPN technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing VPN solutions to enhance performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains.
  • Have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
  • Show proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Hold a relevant certification in project management or VPN technologies, such as PMP or CCNP.
