Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships.

The main role of an Airport Hub Porter is to provide an amazing experience and service to all Fletcher Jones Guests at the Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services in Newport Beach, California.


Job duties:

  • Greet Guests upon arrival at Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services in a courteous, friendly, and helpful matter.
  • Perform an inspection walk around the vehicle.
  • Complete any additional information needed for their service departure and arrival.
  • Parking Guest vehicles in the designated spaces.
  • Insert the Guest's information on the vehicle dashboard
  • Enter the vehicle's information on the system and any additional or complimentary service needed for the Guest.
  • Perform quality control prior to delivering a vehicle to a Guest.
  • Deliver keys to the shuttle drivers or Guests upon return.
  • Answer all phone calls by following the Optima Dealer Services Phone etiquette.
  • Direct drivers to move any vehicle to needs to be moved or relocated from parking spots.
  • Maintain a Clean and welcoming environment for all Guests.
  • Strive to please and provide the most pleasant experience to all Guests at the Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services.


Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate has some previous experience in a similar position in Customer Service and a working knowledge of automotive sales/service.
  • Have a pleasant and courteous personality
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being able to work on the Weekends and late shifts is a must
  • Valid Driver's License and be approved by our Insurance, if driving is necessary.
