SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Performance and Quality Improvement Supervisor.

Education/Training: Graduate of a school of nursing with current licenses(s) to practice as a registered nurse in the state(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice. Certification or additional education in OASIS required.

Experience: One (1) year of recent clinical experience normally required.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for managing quality improvement education activities and providing documentation to meet reimbursement requirements; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Oversee the intake department to ensure they are serving as representatives and resource staff for SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care and Hospice for the purpose of receiving, collecting, evaluating, and processing referral information as well as facilitating the referral of potential and current clients for needed services. Work with the intake team lead and/or other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and assist with implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the department.
