Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team and provide end-to-end recruiting support for clients across diverse industries. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Identification:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future client requirement

Candidate Engagement:

  •    Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  •    Foster relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Interview and Selection:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, facilitate decision-making, and negotiate job offers.

Client Collaboration:

  •  Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, organizational culture, and industry requirements.
  •  Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress, market insights, and recruitment strategy adjustments.

Recruitment Process Management:

  •    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to candidate onboarding.
  •    Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Freelance Collaboration:

  •  Manage your own schedule and workload to meet client needs and project deadlines.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or in-house recruiting role.
- MUST have experience in Technical Recruiting and Federal Government Contracts
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different industries and roles, demonstrating versatility in sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality candidates within specified timelines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
