If you're a Patient Services Representative, Customer Services Representative, Call Center Specialist or Patient Scheduler looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people's lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Customer Service Team as a New Patient Scheduler in our New Patient Center located in our Rockville, MD office. This is a part-time position working M-F 10am-2pm or M-W 9am – 330pm Remote.
How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Patient Liaison is responsible for:
- Responsibilities include: Accept in-bound calls, chats, and inquiry forms and ensure optimal patient service
- Answer inquiries and schedule medical appointments for people who are considering fertility treatment
- Screen inquiries appropriately to help create satisfied new patients
- Maintain high level of best-in-class customer experience/professionalism with a wide range of customers
- Assist prospective patients in empathetic, efficient manner
- Accurately maintain customer database Coordinate with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Track and follow up with prospective patients to meet a wide range of patient needs
- Make recommendations for process improvement and suggest opportunities to increase new patient opportunities.
- This position does not involve any cold calling or telemarketing
