This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time LPN to join our Katy TX office. The schedule is Monday through Friday day hours.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Assist with the education and orientation of fertility patients to Shady Grove Fertility's services
  • Generate and maintain patient prescreening and testing checklists in conjunction with clinical protocols
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
  • Assist the nursing team with a variety of administrative functions such as obtaining pre-authorizations, answering telephone calls, creating and sending patient packets & other correspondence, and maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

  • Completion of LPN program
  • 1 year work experience as an LPN required.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records a must
  • High level of customer service essential
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Women’s Health experience a plus
