Established in 1925, Sparrows Point Country Club is a privately owned club that overlooks the waterfront, featuring a yacht basin, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a full-service clubhouse that provides service from casual to formal dining and weddings to special events.

If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Sparrow Point Country Club is seeking Servers. We are looking for servers who can provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests of Sparrows Point.
Sparrows Point Country Club is looking for Team Members that believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus Tips
Full Time and Part Time Positions Available
What will be expected of you:
- Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introduce yourself, request members club number.
- Set up and complete assigned side work, including inspecting all tables in the assigned section.
- Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials. Take member and guest orders. Special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated.
- Place orders with the kitchen through POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.
- Reset tables in your station and assist team members with their station.
- Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks.
- Keep tables, FOH restaurant and BOH clean at all times.
- Advise supervisor/manager of any complaints and act to resolve complaints.
- Perform clean-up, side work and closing duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by the supervisor/manager.
How we determine your qualifications:
- 1-year experience serving, beneficial
- Wine knowledge, beginner
- Ability to work, weekends, weekdays and holidays
