Location: Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite per week.
Compensation: This job expects to pay about $150,000 base annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for IT vendors, including helpdesk support and troubleshooting.
- Administer company-wide applications like Slack, Zoom, SAP Business One, and others.
- Lead IT projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and onboard new IT service providers.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware (Apple and Dell devices).
- Collaborate with departments to align IT operations with business goals.
- Implement and manage security training and protocols, including phishing awareness.
What Gets You The Job:
- Associate or BA/BS degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in hands on infrastructure and IT management roles
- Proven experience and success in managing vendor relationships
- Strong background in infrastructure and telecom
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with AI management is a plus.
