POSITION – Construction Inspector-Assistant Superintendent of Construction
LOCATION – Malone Field Office 30 Bare Hill Road, Malone, NY (Franklin Cty)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection assistance for work in correctional facilities (prisons). Reconfigure pumps and domestic water heaters, replace elevators and provide cold storage building.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.
  • Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must possess a driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be able to work autonomously.
  • Some travel required.
PAY RATE: $35.00/Hourly Salary (depending upon education and experience)
