  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos

  • Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service

  • Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations

  • Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales
