Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Support Specialist Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in McCalla, AL within the Automotive industry is seeking Production Support Specialist to join their teamProduction Support Specialist Job Summary:
  1. $55-60K
  2. Responsible for administering support, scheduling, KPI management reporting, and planning short and long term objectives.
  3. Assist with managing departmental KPIs and administrative support
  4. Maintain production work schedules
  5. Order supplies and PPE for shift operations
  6. Prepare daily production reports
  7. Monitor training status reports
  8. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in productivity improvements, quality improvements, and safety goals
  9. Maintain personnel headcount according to business plan
Production Support Specialist Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  2. 5 years of administrative experience
  3. Strong interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem solving skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Knowledge of SAP/Supply ordering
  7. Budget management/accounts payable/invoicing
  8. Previous production support experience
