Bookkeeper - Placement

NOW CFO has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, handle invoices, and reconcile bank statements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Full-Charge Bookkeeper, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred
• Solid grasp of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and GAAP
• Exceptional organizational skills and task prioritization
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Versatility to be cross-trained and wear multiple hats in this dynamic role

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable
• Timely processing of invoices and payments
• Accurate reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions
• Preparation of detailed financial reports and summaries
• Assistance with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintenance of accurate and complete financial records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting practices in the distribution, sales, or construction industry is desirable
