Opportunity

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of SE Florida is expanding and seeking dedicated Project Foremen/Lead Carpenter to join our team. Operating out of Stuart and Jupiter, FL, we cover projects from Port St. Lucie to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Requirements include:

• Demonstrated experience in general carpentry, including proficiency in tile installation, trim work, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks.
• Ability to lead others effectively, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project blueprints.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and designers, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage field crews and subcontractor schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Direct and coordinate work in the field according to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure subcontractors fulfill their contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate necessary inspections with local building departments.
• Adhere to all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Utilize construction software such as BuilderTrend to provide updates, track progress, and document projects.
• Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position. Salary commensurate with experience. Generous benefit package available after (90) days of employment and includes:
