Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist - CADC

We seek pre-licensed mental health therapists (CADC) for full-time positions at our Rockford, IL location.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $48,300 to $85,900 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Master's Degree
  • Must have a CADC
  • Provide therapy for two days at Hononegah High School (M/W)
  • Provide therapy two days KP Counseling (T/TH)
  • For full-time position must be on the path of licensure
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Mon-Thur schedule
  • Notes done within 24 hours

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Meet with students as needed for Alcohol and Drug Counseling
  • Provide Group Counseling for identified homogeneous groups
  • Collaborate with staff regarding referral to the Student Assistance Program
  • Provide referral upon request and/or need, for more in-depth individual or family counseling
  • Provide resources to current school counseling staff
  • Provide feedback to assigned administration (as determined by Administration)
