As an Occupational Therapist at Devana Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to older adults, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to help them reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals

- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional abilities and independence in daily activities

- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated and effective care

- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence and safety

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the company and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Experience working with a variety of populations and diagnoses

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively

- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on clients' lives
