Position Details:
- Will be employed under the hospital owned multi-specialty group.
- Bread and Butter General Surgery
- Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)
- Call Schedule around 15-20 days.
- There are 6 ORs at the hospital but we usually use 4.
- 1 Endoscopy suite and 18 ER beds.
- With DaVinci robots will eventually upgrade.
- Not a trauma hospital.
- No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.
- Can start immediately (Preferred)
- Salary Range: $350K to 400K annually.
- Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.
- Position is in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
