Sr. Maintenance Technician

As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Manufacturing Technician), you'll play a crucial role in our high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging process. Your responsibilities will include enforcing safety and manufacturing standards, leading technical procedures training, executing continuous improvement projects, and quickly identifying and resolving machine problems to minimize downtime. You'll also partner with other technicians and use software systems to analyze and drive throughput performance.

- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience with blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage and equipment such as Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization, and willingness to be a technical leader and trainer.
