Position Overview:As an Inbound Sales Representative at BlueBird Plumbing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries and leads into satisfied customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team, and you’ll receive the training and resources needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat and establish a rapport with potential and existing customers.
Booking Appointments: Schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal timing for both customers and service technicians.
Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatching of service technicians to homeowners and businesses, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Needs Assessment: Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend the most suitable plumbing solutions.
Sales Conversion: Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively demonstrating the value of our products and services.
CRM Management: Record details of customer interactions and transactions, capturing customer information for future service opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position BlueBird Plumbing as the best choice.
To be successful as an inbound sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. An inbound sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound or outbound sales, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM software is a plus.
