Lula is looking for a 1099 Roofing Repairman and Installations to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Winston-Salem North Carolina Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.
